about me
I work as interpreter and translator and language teacher, my working languages being French, English and Spanish.
I started my career as a freelancer after obtaining a master's degree in Interpretation at Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori in Forlì (University of Bologna). My vocation for languages was born in high school, where I followed the ESABAC programme. In those same years, I also had the chance to first participate in an association, taking part in the European Youth Parliament. From 2005, I have been a member of a number of associations.
INTERPRETER AND TRANSLATOR
Since 2012, I have been working as an interpreter for conferences, trade fairs, business meetings and trainings, and TV programmes. I have also worked for the public administration, law firms, and notary offices. I carry out translations for companies and individuals of texts of different kinds such as websites, contracts, paperwork, and information documents.
Over the years, I have followed training courses and specialised in legal interpreting and translations. I have worked as an interpreter for the Institutions and as a Court expert, and I regularly carry out sworn translations at the Court of Bologna and in notary offices of the city.
TEACHING
REMOTE AND ON-SITE COURSES:
Since 2014, I have been holding individual and group courses for corporate staff and individuals in English, French, Spanish and Italian for foreigners.

LEGAL INTERPRETING:
Since 2015, I have been collaborating with the University of Bologna for the training course in Legal interpeting, aimed at training interpreters in the legal sector, with particular attention to "minority" languages ​​on the Italian territory.
ITALIAN-FRENCH MEDIATION:
Since 2019, I am teaching 7 subjects in Italian-French translation and interpreting at the School for Linguistic Mediators "Unicollege" in Florence.

TradInFo is a young and dynamic association of translators and interpreters in Italy. It aims at protecting the profession and promotes opportunities for exchange between its members, to whom it requires life-long training and respect of ethical standars.
AITI
associate member since 2019
Its foundation in 1950 and large number of members make AITI the first association of translation and interpretation professionals in Italy for both longevity and subscribers. Being one of the founder of the Fédération Internationale des Traducteurs, AITI works at a regional, national, and international level for a greater protection and awareness of the profession and respect for professional ethics.
EUROPEAN YOUTH PARLIAMENT

The European Young Parliament is a non-profit association aiming at raising awareness on active citizenship among 15 to 30 year-old Europeans. The association organizes international events with simulations of General assmblies and Committee work of the European Parliament, bringing youngsters closer to the EU Institutions decision-making process and to current international issues.
